Hand printed nautical themed lino print featuring a mother humpback whale and her offspring basking in the sunlight. Inspired by humpback whales I spotted on a recent trip to California.
Created from a sketch, which is then transferred onto a lino block, hand carved, and printed with blue green ink onto hard torn archival quality Somerset satin 250gsm printmaking paper.
As each item is hand printed slight variations may occur, but this makes each piece unique.
Each print run has a variation in colour, so please note colour may differ slightly to the one shown in the product image.
Print area measures approx 20cm x 20cm and paper size is 30.5cm x 30.5 cm (12" x 12")
Print will fit a standard 12" x 12" off the shelf frame.
The artwork comes unframed and safely packaged in a card backed envelope.
